Dear Quad City Community,

Exciting things are on the horizon for aviation in our region! Here’s what you need toknow:

 . There will be no Quad City Air Show in 2026.

. We’re reimagining the future. Our executive team is exploring communityinterest in both expanding our vision, as well as forming an Advisory Board of Directorsthatwill both fund the air show in the future as well as provide the community with anaviation-focused organization, that connects people to careers in aviation andinspiring future generations.

. A succession plan is underway to ensure the Quad City Air Show remains apremierevent for years to come. This important work takes time, attention and is madepossible in part through funding support from the Regional DevelopmentAuthority.

. We need your voice and support to make this happen. Aerial Promotions, Inc– the501C3 Non-Profit organization behind the QUAD CITY AIR SHOW, is seekingvibrant,engaged community members to serve on its Advisory Board of Directors andhelpus fund our dream and provide guidance in directing our future.

Thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm. Together, we will build on thealmost four decades of extraordinary aviation events the Quad City Air Show has heldandbuild something special for the community and help develop the next generation ofaviation leaders.
