Review the space rental guide rules/regulations and complete the proper forms and return along with the completed application form for possible consideration for participation in the 2008 Quad City Air Show. Once we sign and accept your payment, you will be sent a confirmation of acceptance

We assign locations based on FIRST-PAY-FIRST-LOCATED

The following is simply for informational purposes and is repeated on the official agreement form.

Sampling rights for approved products is 50% surcharge on the booth size above.

Non-Profit Organization or Government Agency Type of Booth
Free space is provided for Non-Profit Organization or Government Agencies courtesy of the Quad City Air Show. The Air Show will provide, free of charge, to every approved NP Booth, Two (2) entrance passes and one (1) vehicle pass, all others must be purchased by using the form. Each worker must have a ticket for admittance to the air show, NO EXCEPTIONS. The space does not include any tents, tables or chairs. The Quad City Air Show can provide the items below, but must be paid in advance. You are fully responsible for your own equipment and booth items at all times, we except no responsibility for loss/theft. The Quad City Air Show reserves the final right in granting this request and will have final determination on location and size of display. All Non-profit displays are neither allowed to sell any item nor give away any item without permission.
