Order Form

Note: If you wish your tickets mailed to you, remember that we will mail your tickets the same day as we receive your order -- so please allow for mailing time so you get them before the show. Please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope for faster service. This service will not be available after Wednesday, June 18th. After that, you can get single adult and single youth tickets at these stores or at the gate (no parking passes, no packs of 10, no two-day passes etc).

Checks -- Make checks payable to "Quad City Air Show"

Option #1 (the computer does the math) -- You can order tickets "online" or "offline". "Online" is completely via the internet while "offline" uses a form from the internet you fill out with pen and mail or FAX it to get your tickets.

Step 1 -- Go to http://quadcityairshow.com/mcart Choose the type tickets you desire. Your final order can contain any mixture of these. (Commander's chalet, Flight line seating or Individual tickets)

Step 2 -- Each time you "Add to cart" you will see a page showing what is in the cart. See the information at the bottom of your shopping list for more instructions.

Step 3 -- "Place Order" This will give you the option of online or offline purchasing.

It will ask you to retype the "Security Code".

For online ordering via our secure web site, click the "Go To Secure Server" at the bottom of the left box. Note, some people miss the dropdown box for Visa or Master Card -- it's just above where you put in your credit card number.

For offline ordering put your email address at the bottom of the right box and click "display order form." Print the form and fill in the remaining blocks then mail or FAX the form to the address or FAX number on the form.

Option #2 (you do the math) -- Download a form in Adobe® Reader® format, print it out, fill it in and mail or FAX it to us .
