Quad City Air Show Corporate Chalet creates a private area
for you to entertain your valued employees and families;
your very important clients, customers and special
friends. The chalet provides a relaxing, private and
shaded area for viewing the air show on the FRONT LINE and
each chalet may be decorated to suit your specific needs,
subject only to our air show safety
regulations. |
The 2008 Quad City Air Show is sure to be
action packed with another first-class line-up, featuring
the very best in both Military and Civilian Aerial
performances. |

Professional Catering Option
Contact the Quad City Air Show for the
preferred cater for the 2008 air show. Please allow
us to send you menu options, then allow our cater to
pamper you with the best luncheon possible for your
guests. If you would like, we could build this
option into your overall price and have you pay the air
show and we then would pay the cater for their services on
your behalf.
Chalets are
furnished with the following:
First-Class Tent
Chalet VIP passes: - See table above for quantity
Ample chairs, tables and ice tubs and private restroom
facilities
One VIP On-Site parking pass for every 3 VIP chalet
passes.
Extra VIP Parking Passes for only - $5.00 per pass.
Private area, fenced, trash pick-up service
Opportunity to purchase additional air show chalet passes
at a reduced rate, of only $10.00 per pass.

Chalet Hosts/Hostess to keep chalet clean &
comfortable
Table Coverings ARE included in your chalet
package.
Chalets
cannot be sublet,
without the expressed written permission from the QCAS
President, and then a 50% surcharge will apply.
Chalet tickets are for the day issued and cannot be used
for another day.
