Once we sign and accept your payment, you will be sent a confirmation. You will receive a predetermined number of entrance and parking passes per booth. AND RETURN TO THE QUAD CITY AIR SHOW THIS FORM / 2019 TRADE APPLICATION
OPTION (A) NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION – $ 250.00 – please see attached (A) and complete.
Flat fee for providing the space and two (2) vendor passes and One (1) parking permits per day.
OPTION (B) OUTSIDE EXHIBITOR/DISPLAY CONTRACT – please see attached (B) and complete.
The fee charged is based on SIZE of Space required
10’*10′ – $1,500.00 10’*20′ – $2,000.00 20’*20′ – $ 2,500.00
30’*30′ – $3,000.00 40’*40′ – $3,500.00 50’*50′ – $ 5,000.00

This is a one- time fee based on the number of chalets catered.
Per Chalet upfront catering rights fee – $ 250.00 (Mini or Small Chalet) – $500.00 (all others)

All food booths up to 30’*30’ in size are $2,500.00 Plus 35% of gross.
