Once we sign and accept your payment, you will be sent a confirmation. You will receive a predetermined number of entrance and parking passes per booth. AND RETURN TO THE QUAD CITY AIR SHOW THIS FORM / 2019 TRADE APPLICATION
OPTION (A) NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION - $ 250.00 - please see attached (A) and complete.
Flat fee for providing the space and two (2) vendor passes and One (1) parking permits per day.
OPTION (B) OUTSIDE EXHIBITOR/DISPLAY CONTRACT - please see attached (B) and complete.
The fee charged is based on SIZE of Space required
10'*10' - $1,500.00 10'*20' - $2,000.00 20'*20' - $ 2,500.00
30'*30' - $3,000.00 40'*40' - $3,500.00 50'*50' - $ 5,000.00

This is a one- time fee based on the number of chalets catered.
Per Chalet upfront catering rights fee - $ 250.00 (Mini or Small Chalet) - $500.00 (all others)
OPTION (D) FOOD & NON-ALCOHOL BEVERAGE SALES - please complete Food & Non-Alcohol Beverage application, contact Ken at the QCAS at QCASBOSS@AOL.COM or contact John Enright of US Food King at 309-721-6052 or email to: USFoodking@hotmail.com or mail to US Food King 4343 16th Street - Moline, IL 61265. All food booths up to 30’*30’ in size are $2,500.00 Plus 35% of gross.
