Renewals and New Applicants | Previous exhibitors and vendors are given first opportunity to return in the same space, but not guaranteed. Because of the large return from previous exhibitors we request that you turn in your completed application as soon as possible. |
Admission Tickets | Admission tickets are available at a special reduced rate for vendors and exhibitors as follows: $10.00 for a single-day ticket. $15.00 for a weekend ticket. EVERY WORKER/VOLUNTEER MUST HAVE A TICKET OR NO ADMITTANCE TO SHOW! |
Parking Permits | Private on-site parking is made available for the exhibitors at the following rates: Parking permit. $10.00 for a weekend ticket. EVERY VEHICLE MUST HAVE A VALID 2019 PARKING PERMIT FOR ACCESS TO SHOW. |
Electricity | If you request electricity for your booth, please complete the enclosed power requirements form and return with your application |
Camping | Limited FIRST-COME camping space is available near the exhibitor parking area. If you are interested in this, please let us know on your application. The fee will be $300.00 for Thursday-Saturday night only. No camping allowed prior to Thursday, June 27, 2019 |
Insurance | All vendors and exhibitors must carry a general liability insurance policy with a minimum amount of coverage at $1 Million. Please provide a certificate. |
Golf Carts | You can rent a golf cart or two from the air show for $250.00 per cart for the weekend. Please select either 4 passenger (or) box cart type. You can not bring in your own, you must rent them from us. They are limited so order early. (No guarantee on type). |
